Events

Les Escales is an associative, non-profit festival. An urban festival located on the Île du Petit Maroc in Saint-Nazaire – which has been taking place since 1992 in the heart of summer on the Atlantic coast. Festival offers an eclectic program focused on contemporary music: pop, rock, rap, world, electro, and techno, featuring headliners, emerging artists, and international musical discoveries. Over 40,000 people attend the festival.

Music Estonia participates in Les Escales to join as an export partner in the international Globetrotter network initiated by the festival in 2022 and to create new collaboration opportunities for exporting Estonian artists to the French music market. Thanks to the network established by the festival, Les Escales music festival is collaborating with Võnge festival for the second year in a row, where they recommend an Estonian artist for the festival program. This year, Night Tapes will perform and represent Estonia.
