Music Industry Day SPOT: Tartu

Location: Genialistide Klubi, Tartu

Open

Music Industry Day SPOT: Tartu brings together music industry professionals, companies, artists, cultural organizers, and enthusiasts to share experiences, discuss the current state and future opportunities of the Tartu music scene, and explore different types of music businesses. Together, we’ll look at where the Estonian music sector as a whole is heading and what role Tartu plays in shaping it.

Topics include the career paths of Tartu musicians, studio work, the role of vinyl and record stores, music synchronization, Siurust, and the concert life of Tartu more broadly. The focus is on Tartu as an active music city and on how to strengthen the city’s music ecosystem — from artists to concert organizers and export-oriented companies. New initiatives and development directions supporting both local ambitions and international growth will also be introduced.

The day offers insightful discussions, inspiration, and an excellent opportunity to connect with other industry professionals.
