Navigating the U.S. Music Industry: Estonian Experts to Share Global Insights

On Wednesday, June 17 at 5:30 PM, Music Estonia’s office will host a free joint seminar titled “BAFF Connect | Navigating the U.S. Music Industry.” Organized in collaboration with the Baltic-American Freedom Foundation (BAFF), the event brings together leading Estonian music industry professionals to share real-world experiences on how Baltic artists can successfully crack one of the world’s most competitive markets.

The event is aimed at artists, managers, music industry professionals, and enthusiasts looking to expand their presence in the United States. The discussion will focus heavily on navigating the U.S. ecosystem through the lens of the prestigious SXSW (South by Southwest) festival, alongside practical advice on touring in the U.S., building international networks, and developing sustainable cross-border careers.

Three Estonian experts will share their insights:

  • Britt Randma (Main Character Agency), manager of the internationally rising dream-pop act Night Tapes (MME Awards 2025 winners) and EMEA 2025 Manager and Music Exporter of the Year;
