On June 10–11, Music Estonia is organizing a networking trip to Helsinki, and we are inviting up to 10 Estonian music companies to participate.

The aim of the trip is to strengthen cooperation between Estonian and Finnish music sector companies and professionals, to get to know each other’s work, and to find new contacts and collaboration opportunities. The program will include short visits to various music companies to meet local professionals, share experiences, and better understand how Finnish companies are structured, how they’ve grown, and what business models and strategies they use.

The list of companies to be visited and the detailed program are still in progress, but planned visits include Fullsteam Agency (which also curates the Provinssi Festival), Fazer Artists Management, Radio Helsinki,  G Livelab Helsinki, Manage Me and a meeting with the new program director of the Finnish showcase festival Lost In Music.

The trip starts on the morning of June 10 in Tallinn, with a return on the evening of June 11, and includes one overnight stay in Helsinki.

Participation:

• Free of charge for participants in the AMP ARENDUS program (1 participant per company).

• For other interested parties: Participation fee is €150 (includes ferry tickets, 1-night accommodation in Helsinki, and the full program). 5 spots available.

Please indicate your interest by June 3. If there are more applicants than spots, Music Estonia will select participants based on the information provided in the application and how well it fits with the program.

The networking trip is co-funded by the European Union.

The trip is organized in partnership with Tallinn – UNESCO City of Music.
