Project manager Sebastian Buccioni and branch manager of Live Music Estonia Silvia Käsk have joined the team of Music Estonia

We are happy to announce Sebastian Buccioni and Silvia Käsk joining our team this week as project manager and head of the Live Music Estonia branch, respectively. Buccioni has been leading the Estonian Music Week in Canada as an organiser and artistic director and is now moving to Estonia. Käsk will continue to work in parallel as the education coordinator of the Music Business Management course at the Tallinn School of Music and Ballet (MUBA).

Sebastian Buccioni will be focusing on the coordination of Estonian representation and delegations at international music fairs, showcase festivals and conferences. His responsibilities will also include maintaining relations with foreign partners and contacts and inviting them to Estonia for events or special projects important to the field, organising preliminary seminars and networking events for larger delegations as well as consulting on export.

“I am very excited to join the Music Estonia team that I have had the pleasure of working alongside over the past years. I will leverage my experience bringing Estonian acts to Canada and widen my focus to expanding Estonia’s profile globally. I look forward to connecting with ME’s network and making new connections as we look toward North America and Asia. My approach is open conversations with Estonian artists, their management and presenters in various markets, to find the ideal alignment goals and opportunities.”

Sebastian can be contacted at sebastian@musicestonia.eu.

Silvia Käsk starts working as head of the Live Music Estonia branch. The purpose of the Live Music Estonia branch of Music Estonia is to represent the promoters of Estonian concert culture and to support their activities and development in various ways.

Silvia’s focus will be coordinating the Live Music Estonia network, representing the interests of the live music industry both in Estonia and internationally, participating in the Live DMA network of European concert venues and organisers, implementing (international) cooperation programs and collecting data from the sector, as well as comprehensive development of the contact network.

“After many years of cooperation with Music Estonia, I am very happy to come and manage its Live Music Estonia branch. My predecessors have done very important work and now I can make my own contribution to the development of concert organisation in Estonia. I would like to focus primarily on the security of events, mutual cooperation and exchange of experiences.”
