Silvia Käsk Elected as Co-President of Live DMA

Music Estonia is delighted to announce that Silvia Käsk has been elected Co-President of Live DMA, Europe’s leading network for live music associations. In this role, she will represent both Music Estonia and Estonia’s music sector at the European level, contributing to the development of policies, collaboration, and advocacy efforts that strengthen the live music ecosystem across Europe.

The new Live DMA Board was elected during the organization’s latest General Assembly. The board consists of Silvia Käsk (Music Estonia) as Co-President and Federico Rasetti (KeepOn LIVE) as President, Adriana Alcover Pujol (ACCES) as Secretary, Marc Steens as Treasurer, and Hilma Kekkonen Orrell (Svensk Live) and Rana Bassil (PETZI) as Board Members.

“I’m grateful for the trust of the network and proud to represent Northern Europe in such an important European organization. Networks like Live DMA play a vital role in bringing together different perspectives across Europe and strengthening our collective voice. Only that way can we shape a diverse and sustainable live music sector in Europe,” said Silvia Käsk.

Music Estonia would also like to extend its sincere thanks to former board member Elda Gómez for her four years of dedicated service as Co-President and her valuable contribution to the development of the network and the wider live music sector.

We congratulate Silvia on this important achievement and look forward to continuing our work together to strengthen and support the live music sector across Europe.

Live DMA is a European network of national live music associations, founded in 2012. Its members represent live music venues, clubs, and festivals in their respective countries, supporting a community of more than 3,000 live music spaces across 18 countries. Acting as the voice of the sector at the European level, Live DMA advocates for the interests of venues and festivals, connects professionals, develops practical resources, promotes knowledge-sharing and collaboration, and works toward a more inclusive, sustainable, transparent, and resilient future for live music across Europe.
