We invite companies to join the ESNS 2026 delegation
The annual key European showcase festival and conference ESNS (Eurosonic Noorderslag) will take place next year on 14–17 January in Groningen, the Netherlands, celebrating the 40th anniversary of the event. This time, the focus country is the whole of Europe, and a special European area will be coordinated in its honour. The festival has announced two artists from Estonia: mariin k. and PRIDIAN.
Companies wishing to participate in next year’s festival can apply for support from Music Estonia and the Estonian Authors’ Society’s (EAÜ) joint export fund until the end of this month. The maximum amount of support per music professional is €500. In addition, applications to the Cultural Endowment of Estonia are open until tomorrow, 20 November.
Depending on the size of the delegation, Music Estonia will also organise on-site networking events for companies or help them find existing opportunities. In addition, EMEE will host networking events focusing on the American and Asian markets. Read more and register here.
Please let us know if you are attending the event so that we can support your activities. Music Estonia can also provide a discount code for the festival pass – to receive it, please contact our project manager Greete Paršin directly at greete@musicestonia.eu.
More information about the event:
The festival brings together Europe’s leading music industry representatives and professionals – including festivals, agencies, managements, concert venues, and media representatives. International networking meetings will also take place.
ESNS features over 350 artists, with concerts attended by more than 40,000 people and 4,000 music industry professionals from all over the world, including representatives from 400 festivals. The conference part includes over 150 panel discussions, interviews, and presentations, addressing the most relevant topics for the music sector. Artists perform across around 40 different venues.
Music Estonia, Tallinn Music Week, and Raadio 2 are part of the festival’s European Talent Exchange (ETE) network (formerly known as ESNS Exchange). Alongside Estonia, it includes export offices from 25 other European countries, 129 (showcase) festivals, and 30 members of the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) radio network, as well as 28 additional members and partners. This makes it the strongest showcase festival in Europe in terms of representation, continuously developing and promoting European talent.
