Membership

• We keep music entrepreneurs informed about our activities and developments in the sector, including useful programs and deadlines. Our newsletter reaches you at least six times a year.
• Additionally, we send more time-sensitive music industry updates primarily to our members.

• We have two branches through which we also support the development of the live music – Music Estonia Live, and management sector – Music Estonia Managers.
• We organise dedicated interest group meetings and member events for our members.

• At least 20% discount on all Music Estonia programs, delegations, and services. The discount also applies to artists affiliated with a member company, provided invoicing is done through the member company.
• 50% discount on Music Estonia room rentals.
• 30% discount on legal services from Hedman Law Firm (standard rate: €150/hour + VAT).
• At least 20% discount on Tallinn Music Week conference and festival passes.
• Additional discounts may be available through member-provided offers.

• We introduce our members on our website, which also serves as a gateway for presenting the Estonian music market internationally.
• We are happy to share our members’ key events and export-related news in our newsletter. If you have an upcoming event you’d like to promote through us, email us at info@musicestonia.eu.
• We also maintain a Live Map featuring music festivals and concert venues across Estonia, which serves as a practical tool for local music audiences and organizers both in Estonia and abroad.

• We are also members of the European Music Exporters Exchange (EMEE), Live DMA, and the European Music Managers Alliance (EMMA), where you can find valuable information on export and various programs.

• We organise quarterly members’ coffee mornings, which support internal networking and provide an overview of each other’s activities.
• We hold interest group meetings for members to discuss their strategic plans and current topics in the field.
• Once a year, we host a music sector event called Jutt & jook.
  An annual general meeting is held for members, usually taking place before the Jutt & jook event.
• Members receive priority access and discounts for participating in offered programs and services.
• We are a strategic partner of the TMW Conference and actively gather feedback from our members.

• The opportunity to make proposals and initiate activities related to themes important to your field.
• The opportunity to strengthen the capacity of the development center and export office to represent the sector effectively and launch new programs and initiatives.
• Help guide our activities through member surveys, network meetings, branch participation, and program involvement, as well as by electing the Music Estonia Council at the general meeting, held every two years.

The one-time joining fee is €80.
The annual membership fee is €180.

If you join one of the branches, an additional €60 per year is added to the membership fee.

VAT is not added to the invoice.

The supporting member fee is €500. Supporting members are offered additional visibility on our website and, when possible, at our events.

New members are accepted quarterly at council meetings. The decision will be communicated via email, and payment is made based on an invoice. Members are required to pay the annual membership fee and respond to the annual membership survey. If you wish to terminate your membership, please notify us at info@musicestonia.eu.
