Mentorship programme: international experts

As part of the program, we will match selected participants with internationally experienced mentors who have knowledge and expertise in areas relevant to the participant’s interests (e.g., developing an international artist career, live music strategy, marketing, film music and composer career development, event accessibility, music technology, and business development, etc.). The mentors also represent diverse market and genre backgrounds, with strong profiles in heavy music, jazz, electronic, indie, and pop music. Mentors come from countries such as the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Sweden, and Iceland.

International mentoring offers a chance to receive personalised feedback based on your company’s or career’s focus, and to get answers to your specific questions. A mentor can reflect, guide, and help you accelerate your progress, avoid common mistakes, and work with you to plan the next strategic steps toward your goals. We invite to the programme music professionals such as artists, companies and managers representing artists, event organisers, and other music entrepreneurs who believe that international experience and perspective could provide the necessary push for their development.

We’ll form five of the strongest mentor-mentee pairs with the highest potential for impactful collaboration.

Program details

Each participant will receive 5 individual online mentoring sessions (60 minutes each), held between September and October.

The focus of the mentoring will be based on the challenges and goals described by the participant, which will also guide the matching with a specific mentor.

To participate, applicants must have a company registered in Estonia (OÜ or AS) with no tax debt and submitted financial reports.

From the pool of 10 international mentors, we will create 5 strong mentor-mentee pairs with the highest potential for impactful collaboration.
